I remember the Republican campaign ads from 1994 and 1996, with Democratic candidates morphed into the worst that their party had to offer. Just the thought of Charlie Rangel holding the purse-strings of Ways and Means was enough to drive rational voters to the polls. Our worst fears are realized. Meet your new chairmen!!
